| 摘 要： | 描述了EDA条件下6GHz～18GHz的中功率宽带微波放大器的设计方法，并根据小信号S参数拟合出在特定工作条件下的小信号模型参数，然后利用微波电路EDA软件Serenade对其进行了线性仿真和优化，给出了其在通带内增益、平坦度、输入输出驻波系数等性能指标。

| Abstract: | The EDA design method of microwave broadband medium_power amplifier was discribed,and small signal equivalent circuit model was developed to fit the small signal S parameter.The amplifier was simulated and optimized by using microwave circuit EDA sofware Serenade and the performance of available Gain,Flatness and VSWR were given at the end of the paper. |
