复合浆料及其上浆性能的研究

摘    要:选用PVA0588取代PVA1799对涤棉上浆,研究PVA1799、PVA0588、氧化淀粉及其配方的粘附及浆纱性能,探索PVA0588取代PVA1799的可能性.实验表明,与当前浆纱中常用浆料配方相比,综合考虑浆液性能、对涤/棉粗纱的粘附性能及浆纱性能的各项指标,PVA0588能够部分取代PVA1799,减小环境污染.

Abstract:PVA 0588 was used to replace PVA1799 in sizing polyester and cotton blended yarn.The adhesion property and sizing performance of PVA1799,PVA0588,oxidized starch and their formulas were researched,and the possibility of the replacement of PVA 1799with PVA 0588 was also been discussed.Based on comprehensive consideration of the size performance,adhesion property of polyester/cotton roving and sized yarn Performance,the results of experiment show that compared with the common sizing formula,PVA0588 can take the place of PVA 1799 ulteriorly,and effectively mitigate environmental pollution.
