摘    要:针对目前有线粮情监测系统的局限性,运用ZigBee无线通信技术与CAN总线相结合方法实现粮库中温、湿度数据的实时采集.系统由CAN总线连接多个ZigBee无线网络组成,各个无线网络采集温、湿度信息通过路由节点连接CAN总线进行传输,由工业控制计算机对数据进行分析和处理,从而达到对粮库内环境的监测与保护.该系统具有布网灵活、节点扩展方便等优点.温度误差小于±1.0℃,湿度误差小于±5%RH.

Abstract:Due to the limitation of the on-line grain depot's environmental monitoring systems,this reasearch adopts the ZigBee wireless communication technology that combines with CAN bus,in order to realize real-time data acquisition of temperature and humidity in grain depot.The system consist of many ZigBee wireless networks connected by CAN bus,the humidity and temperature information gathered by Each wireless network is linked with CAN bus through the route nodes,and the collected data can be analyzed and processed by industrial control computer,in order to achieve the purpose of the grain depot's internal environment monitoring and protection.The system has the advantages of flexible network layout,convenient node extension and so on.Temperature error is less than±1.0 ℃,and humidity error less than±5%RH.
