| 摘 要： | 企业人力资源是影响其生存发展的关键因素．以此为研究对象，建立自适应神经模糊推理系统（ANFIS）预测模型．通过对某集团公司的人力资源进行预测来探讨自适应神经模糊推理系统在这一领域的应用前景，并将预测结果与普通FUZZY模型进行比较．结果表明，前者预测误差较小，满足精度要求，具有很高的理论价值和实际应用价值．

| Abstract: | The enterprise human resource is the key factor that influences the enterprise performance, and the predicting model of enterprise human resources is built based on adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference systems（ANFIS） network. By predicting the human resources, the application of ANFIS is discussed here. The result indicates, the error of prediction is very small, the accuracy request is satisfied. It has high theorietical value and practical value. |
