| 摘 要： | 针对图书馆服务质量评价数据采集困难、样本少的特点,将离散Hopfiled神经网络引入高校图书馆服务质量评价中,建立了高校图书馆服务质量综合评价模型.文中详细讨论了离散Hopfiled神经网络的模型及运行方式、正交化权值设计方法设计权值矩阵及阈值向量等问题.最后以5所高校图书馆服务质量数据为评价样本,验证了模型的正确性和实用性,并对模型适用的局限性进行了分析.

| Abstract: | To solve the problems such as the difficulty of data acquisition and few samples in service quality evaluatioin of university libraries,this paper puts forward an assessment method based on discrete Hopfield neural network（DHNN）,and the comprehensive quality assessment model is developed.The model,operation mode and orthogonalization design for weight matrix and threshold vector are described in detail.Finally,the correctness and practicability of present method is verified by examples of five university libraries,and the limitation of assessment model is analyzed. |
