| 摘 要： | 针对汽车零部件制造企业正趋向底层的自动化、合理的物流管理与控制、以顾客为中心和多品种小批量定制生产的发展现状,结合目视管理、JIT等先进思想,提出了一种与生产作业现场集成运行的汽车零部件企业车间集成化生产作业管理系统,建立了该系统的体系结构、功能结构和运行模式,并对基于JIT技术的生产作业信息看板管理系统等关键技术进行了研究.该系统已成功应用于某汽车零部件制造企业,取得了良好应用效果.

| Abstract: | For the auto parts manufacturing company is moving towards a complete automation,a sound logistics management and control and a status of client-centered and multi-brand small-batch the production,a supportive production management control terminal and integrated auto parts production management system was based on the work field established.The system architecture、functional structure and running model was set up.And the work information screen management system based on JIT technology was investigated.The management system has been adopted in an automotive enterprise successfully and effectively. |
