摘    要:为解决4,6-二硝基邻仲丁基苯酚(DNBP)生产过程中的废水污染问题,通过萃取法对该废水进行预处理.萃取最佳实验条件:利用磷酸三丁酯作为萃取剂,煤油为稀释剂,萃取剂的体积分数为70%,萃取时间为30min,V(废水)∶V(萃取剂)=5∶1,原水不调节pH,直接进行萃取,萃取级数选择两级.在此条件下COD去除率达到80%.同时,NaOH溶液质量分数为20%,V(有机相)∶V(NaOH溶液)=3∶1时,反萃效果最好.

Abstract:In order to solve the wastewater pollution in 2-sec-butyl-4,6-dinitrophenol production process,extraction was used to pretreat the wastewater.The best extraction experimental condition was that tributyl phosphate and coal oil were respectively used as extractant and diluentt,he extractant content was 70% and the extract time was 30,min,extractant-oil volume ratio was 5∶1,using the raw water pH as the extract value directly and choosing two levels.COD removal efficiency reached 80% under these conditions.When the content of NaOH was 20% and the oil-water volume was 3∶1,the stripextraction effect was best.
