基于Labwindows/CVI和模糊PID算法的流化床温控系统设计

摘    要:针对流化床加热炉传统控制方法落后,成本高,自动化程度低等问题,基于模糊PID控制算法对流化床加热炉的温度进行控制,实现了PID参数自整定,提高了控制精度、效率及过程的稳定性.同时,利用Labwindows/CVI设计了上位机的人机界面.实际运行表明。加热炉内温度稳定时的误差变化幅度小于0.3℃,满足一般流化床加热炉的要求.

Abstract:Comparing with the outdated control methods that of high cost and low level of automation,the Fuzzy-PID methods was taken to control the fluidized bed heating oven's temperature. PID parameter's self-tuning was realized with higher precision and efficiency as well as better stability during controlling process. Simultaneously,the upper computer was designed by Labwindows / CVI. Practical operation shows that the temperature variation is below 0.3℃ when heating oven is in stable state ,which meets the average requirements of the fluidized bed heating oven.
