摘    要:以二正丁胺、CS2和La2O3为原料制备一种润滑油添加剂——二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镧(LADTC),该化合物在润滑油中具有良好的溶解性.通过红外光谱(FTIR)对其进行结构分析.热重分析表明该化合物热稳定性良好.采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察该添加剂的摩擦学性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察钢球磨斑表面形貌.结果表明,在基础油中加入2.0%的LADTC时,润滑油的摩擦系数较空白基础油降低38.5%,磨斑直径(WSD)最小值为0.24mm,且铜球磨斑表面较为光滑.

Abstract:Oil-soluble lanthanum dibutyl dithiocarbamate (LADTC) as an lubricant additive was prepared with N, N-dibutyl amine (CsHI8NH) , carbon disulfide (CS2)and lanthanum oxide (La2O3). Its chemical structure was characterized with infrared spectroscopy. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)showed that it possessed good thermostability. The tribological performances of LADTC in the base oil were evaluated by a four-ball machine. The surface topography of wear scars was ana- lyzed with scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicated that the tribological properties were optimal when w (LADTC)/w (oil) -- 2%. The friction coefficient was reduced by 38.5% compared with that of the base oil, and the wear scar diameter (WSD) was 0.24 mm.
