基于RecurDyn的行星轮系动力学仿真

摘    要:利用Pro/Engineer软件建立了渐开线齿轮行星轮系三维实体模型,并导入到多体动力学分析软件RecurDyn中,对其进行仿真分析.得到了在给定转速和负载条件下行星齿轮的位移、转速及啮合力的曲线.将仿真结果与理论值进行比较,数据吻合,说明虚拟样机模型构建合理,仿真具有可信度.

Abstract:3D solid models of involute planetary gear system are created by Pro/Engineer and imported to RecurDyn,the muti-body dynamics simulation software,in which the models are analyzed.The displacement,rotational speeds,and meshing forces of planetary gear are obtained.Good coincidence between simulation results and theoretically calculated values proves that the virtual prototype is reliable and the simulation results are credible.
