一种基于肤色分割的彩色图像人脸检测方法

人脸是一个复杂的模式,对其准确的定位和分割是进行人脸识别的第一步.本文建立一种混合肤色模型对肤色区域分割并融合几何特征进行人脸粗检测;在人脸区域验证阶段,提出利用计算眼睛相似度的方法并融合眼睛对称性等特征对眼睛区域定位;嘴巴定位通过改进的唇色信息提取来实现,用以最终准确定位人脸区域.实验证明,该算法十分有效,在速度和准确性方面具有良好的性能.

A Face Detection Method Based on Skin Color Segmentation in Color Images

The human face is a complex pattern.It is the first step for face recognition to detect and segment the face.In this paper,the combined model for skin color segmentation is used.At the same time,we use the face geometrical characters to rough detection.In the features localization,the eyes symmetry are used to locate eyes.Mouth is localized by picking up the chromatic information of the lips.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithms are effective on detection speed and detection rate.
