大直径薄壁管滚珠旋压成形数值分析

摘    要:应用DEFORM-3D软件建立了GH4169薄壁管滚珠旋压成形的三维有限元模型,对影响滚珠旋压加工的关键工艺参数进行模拟。分析了进给比、滚珠直径和减薄率对筒形件成形质量的影响。模拟结果表明,对于大直径(300mm)薄壁管材滚珠旋压成形,合理的工艺参数为进给比1.2mm/r~1.5mm/r,滚珠直径为15mm~18mm,减薄率为30%。此时工件壁厚均匀,旋压力小,旋压成形过程稳定.

Abstract:The 3D FEM elastic-plastic model of ball-spinning process for large diameter and thin-walled tube is founded by using DEFORM-3D software.The rule of the metal flowing and its influence on surface quality was obtained through simulation analysis.Feeding ratio and ball diameter and variation of wall thickness are the key technical parameter which affects the ball-spinning process.Through the simulation results,the appropriate parameters of ball-spinning process for large diameter(300mm) and thin-walled tube are 1.2mm/r~1.5mm/r for feeding ratio,15mm~18mm for ball diameter,and 30% for variation of wall thickness.Wall thickness was uniformity,and force of ball-spinning process was small,and the forming process was stability.
