| 摘 要： | 对焊接中多种气体保护问题进行探讨。通过单室设计方案解决教学与科研中多种气体保护气氛的问题。实现了系统软、硬件设计方案。利用计算机进行了系统的管理、故障报警与数据采集、整理与分析。该系统能降低贵金属的消耗,增强熔炼与焊接效果.

| Abstract: | Several types of shielding gas environment in the welding process is discussed.The design of one container is used for solving the lack of several types of shielding gas in teaching and researching.The design of hardware and software systems is realized.The monitoring management of the system,fault alarm,technological parameter and statistical analysis are implemented.The design has a lower consumption of material and more effective technology of welding and melting. |
