| 摘 要： | 应用一种基于多分辨率边缘检测、区域选择和取灰度阈值相结合的方法实现了MR I(磁共振成像)脑图像的分割,得到了脑白质(WM)、脑灰质(GM)和脑脊液(CSF)的组织结构.并且针对该方法对模糊、不均匀的MR I脑图像分割时可能出现的问题进行了分析,提出采用动态阈值法对其进行改进,实验结果表明改进方法对模糊和不均匀图像,能得到较好的分割结果.

| Abstract: | MRI brain image segmentation based on multi-resolution edge detection,region selection,and grey-value threshold methods is implemented and the brain tissue structures in MRI,such as WM,GM,and CSF are obtained. The problem that may occur in segmenting the indistinct and non-uniform image is analyzed and the improved method is presented by using a dynamic threshold method.The results of experiment show that the improved method can give a finer result to segment the indistinct and non-uniform image. |
