| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新的基于最优比特分配的视频压缩编码方案.通过将原始图像序列分组, 对各图像组进行时间及二维空间小波分解.在对各子带小波系数量化时, 采用三维等级树集合分区(3DSPIHT)算法, 以逼近最优比特分配.仿真实验表明, 本方法可明显提高编码效率.

| Abstract: | A new scheme of video coding based on the optimal bit allocation is presented. The original image sequence is segmented into groups first, and each group is carried out the time dimension and two spatial dimensions wavelet decomposition. When quantizing, we propose an extension of set partition in hierarchical trees(SPIHT) algorithm. Our simulation demonstrates that this method can improve the coding efficiency. |
