Cloudy Sky and Maximum Luminance Element |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the relation of cloudy sky luminance with particle scatter and air mass is discussed by using the results of atmospheric and geometrical optics. Based on the microcosmic mechanism, the existence of the maximum luminance element in cloudy sky is clarified and an interesting result is obtained. |
