硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐水泥混合体系的试验研究

摘    要:研究了不同比例的硅酸盐、硫铝酸盐水泥混合体系的凝结时间、水泥砂浆的强度性能,并对一定混合比例的OPC-SAC水泥进行了XRD、SEM和水化量热测试。结果表明,硅酸盐水泥与硫铝酸盐水泥混合,SAC中的C4A3-S矿物与OPC中的C3S矿物在共同水化过程中有相互促进的作用,会使混合水泥水化和凝结加速;混合水泥的强度性能与两种水泥的混合比例有关。本研究可对硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐水泥混合体系的应用提供借鉴。

Abstract:In this paper the effects of Portland cement's contents on OPC-SAC mixed cement's properties were studied.And the morphology of hydration products and the microstructure of hardened paste of mixed binder composed of Portland cement and sulfo-aluminate cement were investigated by SEM,XRD.A conduction calorimeter was used to monitor hydration of mixed cement.The results indicate that the mixing of OPC and SAC will quicken the hydration of mixed cement.The C4A3 in SAC and the C3S in OPC will accelerate each other hydration,the mixed cement hydration was accelerated and heat flow was advanced,but the whole heat of hydration at 48 hour was reduced;the strength of mixed cement is related to the ratios of two types of cement.This study is helpful to the application of OPC-SAC mixed cement.
