磷渣免蒸压加气混凝土制备研究

摘    要:为了能够以碱一磷渣材料制备出免蒸压加气混凝土,达到更好的处理和利用工业废弃物一磷渣的目的,用单因素试验的方法分别研究了料浆中的粉料组成及发气剂、水玻璃模数、碱含量和碱激发剂温度等因素的影响。研究表明:水泥、粉煤灰含量会影响料浆的浇筑稳定性,而发气剂掺量、水玻璃模数、碱含量等会影响加气混凝土的容重;实验中制备出了容重在535~887 kg/m~3、抗压强度在3.6~9.5 MPa的加气混凝土;免蒸压磷渣加气混凝土的力学性能符合GB 11968—2006中的相关要求。
