汽车点火系统的次级电压仿真算法

摘    要:为提高汽车点火线圈产品设计过程中的精度与效率,提出一种基于电磁路分析的次级电压仿真算法。基于点火系统的工作机理,对点火模块与点火线圈的功能进行仿真,建立了次级电压的电气参数计算模型。分析了点火线圈的磁路结构,以绕组匝数、线径与铁芯长度等参数为输入参量,建立次级电压的工艺与结构参数计算模型,用以减少受参数非线性及磁场因素的影响而导致的计算误差。仿真结果与实测结果误差较小,证明了建模算法的有效性和实用性。
