基于车辆快速开发系统的汽车牵引力控制目标控制器

摘    要:为了检验汽车牵引力控制算法与目标控制器硬件、外围传感器及执行器之间的性能匹配状况,利用车辆快速开发系统设计了目标控制器硬件在环试验平台,并进行了目标控制器硬件在环试验。试验表明:所设计的目标控制器能够有效地将驱动轮滑转率控制在最佳值附近,消除了驱动轮过度滑转现象,从而为目标控制器的道路试验奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to verify the match between the vehicle traction control algorithm and the target controller hardware including the sensors and the actuators, a hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) test platform was developed for the controller hardware by means of a vehicle rapid development system and the HIL tests of the target controller hardware were performed. Test results showed that the developed controller effectively keeps the slip rate of the driving wheel in the optimum range and avoids the excessive spin of the driving wheel, therefore lays the foundation for the road test of the target controller.
