中空装配式凸轮轴滚花连接数值模拟分析

摘    要:介绍了中空装配式凸轮轴的技术优势以及滚花连接的连接机理,采用数值模拟的方法分析了影响滚花连接压装力和连接强度的各种因素,并进行了滚花连接压装试验。试验结果表明:材料、过盈量、滚花连接区长度、滚花齿形及齿间距都是影响滚花连接压装力和静扭强度的主要因素,并且凸轮和轴体材料的优化匹配、滚花齿形的合理选取以及增加装配过盈量和增大连接区长度都可提高连接强度。

Abstract:The advantage of the hollow assembled camshaft and the mechanism of its knurling connection were presented. The factors affecting the press fit load and the connection strength were numerically simulated. The press fit experiments on the knurling connection were performed. The test results show that the materials of the cam lobe and the tube shaft, the fit interference, the length of the knurling connection, the knurling form and its tooth spacing affect the press fit load and the connection strength significantly. The optimal matching of the materials of the cam lobe and the tube shaft, the proper choice of the knurling form, and the augment of the fit interference and the knurling length will enhance the knurling connection strength.
