摘    要:论述了切线法数控加工非球面的新原理,详细分析了实施该原理的三种可行的加工方法,即以工件轴为回转中心的成形方法、以磨轮轴上磨轮的几何中心Q点为回转中心的成形方法和以磨轮轴上M点为回转中心的成形方法,并建立了3种成形方法的轨迹成形数学模型。根据非球面加工性能的要求、保证机床构件精度的难易、机床动态特性的合理性和机床结构的合理性等问题考虑,确定了其中一种最合理的成形方法,即以磨轮轴上的M点为回转中心的成形方法。

Abstract:The new principle for high-order aspherical surface machining is discussed.Three feasible machining techniques are analyzed in details,which are the wheel spindle forming methods that which take the workpiece axis,the geometric centre point Q,and point M on the wheel spindle as the rotating centre respectively.In addition,the mathematical models of trajectories of the three machining methods are established.Finally,the best forming technique,i.e.the wheel spindle forming method that takes point M as the rotating centre,is determined according to the requirement of machining performance,the accuracy and dynamic characteristics of the machine tool and the rationality of the structure.
