交流变频调速系统机械特性的试验研究

摘    要:对交流变频调速系统的转速转矩特性和转速跟踪特性进行了较为系统的试验研究。结果表明,交流变频调速系统在低频区段调速时,电机输出转矩M较电机额定转矩Me明显降低,须采取相应的转矩提升措施;交流变频调速系统的转速跟踪特性可以满足变速切削加工要求。

Abstract:In this paper the moment versus rotational speed characteristic and the following characteristic of rotational speed about the variable freguency speed regulating system were discussed.The investigation results show that the output moment M in the range of the low variable freguency speed regulation is lower than the moment Me of specified rotational speed.Corresponding lift measure is to be adopted.The following characteristic of rotational speed of the variable frequency speed regulating system is effective enough to meet the needs for variedspeed cutting.
