新型内-外复合啮合齿形链啮合迹线的求解

摘    要:在深入研究内-外复合啮合齿形链啮合机制的基础上,利用微分几何和坐标变换理论分别建立了新型内-外复合啮合齿形链与链轮在内啮合、内-外共同啮合和外啮合定位三个阶段的数学模型;得出了内-外复合啮合齿形链的啮合迹线;对比分析了内-外复合啮合齿形链和外啮合齿形链紧边中心线的波动量以及围链后链条中心距的波动量。计算及试验研究表明,新型内-外复合啮合齿形链的多边形效应明显小于外啮合齿形链。

Abstract:Based on the study of the meshing behavior of the new type silent chain with inner-outer compound meshing,a mathematical model was built for the chain and sprocket in the 3 meshing stages including the inner meshing,the inner-outer meshing and the outer meshing-locating by means of the differential geometry and the coordinate transformation theory.The meshing track of the inner-outer compound meshing silent chain was attained.The fluctuations of the chain tight side and the distance between sprocket centers...
