| 摘 要： | 针对传统路段概念的模糊边界导致无法采集转向行程时间的问题,从提高GPS/GIS浮动车采集路段行程时间的性能出发,提出了方向路段与方向成员路段的概念,设计了一套半闭半开、具有方向的路段划分模型,并制定了相应的组织规则。
