摘    要:考虑到汽车检测站选址即网点布局时的不确定因素的影响,为更确切地描述实际情况,引入检测车辆数量为随机变量。另外,考虑到选址过程中由于受到自然环境条件限制或政策规定的影响,存在某些区域能否进行检测站选址等问题,构建了以检测用户总运输费用最低为目标函数的有区域约束和无区域约束下的随机机会约束规划模型。同时,应用基于随机模拟的遗传算法进行了所构建模型的求解,并通过实例验证了算法的有效性和模型的正确性。

Abstract:Taking into account of the impact of uncertain factors,the random network layout problem of vehicle detection station is introduced to describe actual circumstances.In addition,taking into account of the impact of range constraints,stochastic chance-constrain programming models of non-range constraint location and range constraint location for vehicle detection station are established.Simultaneously,the genetic algorithm based on stochastic simulation is used to solve established models.Finally,a numerical example is given to show feasibility of models and effectiveness of algorithm.
