切线法数控加工高次非球面新原理的提出

摘    要:分析了当前数控加工非球面技术中产生环带波纹误差的主要原因,在此基础上提出了切线法数控加工高次非球面新原理。该切线法加工原理能使加工工具始终沿设计给定的非球面轨迹曲线的切线方向移动,从而能减少或消除非球面曲面成形过程中的环带波纹误差的产生,可获得高精度连续光滑的光学表面,进而提高非球面光学零件的加工效率并降低加工成本。

Abstract:The main factors which affect the annulus corrugation error in the midst of the aspherical turning process were specifically analyzed.In addition,a novel principle for the high-order aspherical machining process was proposed.The newly developed principle can make the turning tool exactly move along the tangent direction of the aspherical track which already designed in advance.As a result,the annulus corrugation error can be significantly reduced or eliminated,and the high-accuracy,continuous and smooth opt...
