基于CAE的注塑模冷却系统设计

摘    要:针对遥控器外壳,设计了两种冷却系统A和B,通过利用成熟的CAE软件Moldflow,模拟计算了两种冷却系统对塑件冷却时间的影响,并结合冷却过程中的热交换和应力变化,比较分析了两种冷却系统对塑件成型质量的影响。通过计算实例表明,采用Moldflow软件,可以优化模具的冷却系统设计,选择最优的冷却系统,从而大大节省模具设计的时间和后期的修模次数,提高模具设计的效率和质量。

Abstract:Aiming at the remote shell,two cooling systems A and B have been designed.
