多元学业评价模式及其应用

摘    要:传统的学生学业评价模式已不适应当前的高职教育教学,必须建立与高职人才培养模式相适应的学生学业评价模式,才能实现高职人才培养目标。文章阐述了多元学业评价模式在《国际贸易实务》课中的应用,调动了学生学习的积极性与主动性,学生可及时弥补自身的不足,有效提高就业竞争力和岗位适应能力。
