| Abstract: | Based on the idea of training excellent engineers in electrical engineering and automation field, combining with the actual situation, this paper brings forward the new training model for excellent engineers through strengthening research cooperation between schools and enterprises, building platform for engineers＇ practice, integrating and restructuring new teaching and practice system, reforming teaching methods, building faculty team. |
