基于RecurDyn平带传动的动态仿真

摘    要:运用RecurDyn软件对传动带进行动态仿真,通过仿真分析,得到主动、从动轮在运动过程中的角速度和角加速度曲线;以及传动平带的速度、位移、加速度和动张力曲线,为以后传动平带的设计、精确计算提供了一种科学的方法和理论依据.

Abstract:By applying RecurDyn software,the dynamic simulation of conveyor belt was realized.Through the simulation analysis,the followings were obtained: the angular velocity and angle acceleration curves of active pulley and driven pulley in movement process,the speed,displacement,acceleration,dynamic,tension curve of the conveyor belt,which provides a scientific method and theory basis for design and precise calculation of the conveyor belt.
