| 摘 要： | 中小工业控制系统中仍存在大量以集中式数字控制系统,符合现场总线技术接口标准的控制器与集中式数字控制系统大量自动控制设备形成代差,需要增设接口协议转换设备完成组网,造成资源浪费.在不增设接口转换设备的情况下,利用控制器通信接口通过自编协议方式实现了绝大部分具有RS422/485接口设备间的通信连接,且稳定可靠.为代差产品组网提供了一种可行方案.

| Abstract: | The centralized digital control systems exist in the small and medium industrial control systems .Be-cause the interface between the controllers of the standard fieldbus technology and the large number of control e -quipments of the centralized digital control system is poor , it is necesssary for the additional interface protocol conversion equipments which result in a waste of resources to complete the network .In this paper , without addi-tional interface conversion equipments , by using the communication interface ’ s self agreements , the majority connections between devices with RS 422/485 are achieved and it is testified to be reliable .So a viable solution is provided for the generation gap of networking products . |
