摘    要:商标和商号是企业重要的无形资产,承载着企业的商业信誉。近几年,商标权和商号权的冲突愈演愈烈,而且形式多样。讨论两者产生冲突的原因及主要形式,为企业提出相关预防方案,并对现行管理制度存在的问题进行了分析,提出相应的解决途径。
