| 摘 要： | 施工项目进度控制的最终目的是确保施工项目按合同或业主要要求的预定时间启用或提前交付使用.工程项目能否按时交付使用直接影响到业主投资效益的发挥和施工企业成本的降低,因此进度控制是施工项目管理的重中之重.分析了工程项目施工准备的重要性,提出了编制合理的施工进度计划和组织流水施工的方法.

| Abstract: | The ultimeate goal of construction project management is to ensure construction projects will be carried out or be delivered to the owener according to scheduled time or ahead of time.Whether the construction projects can be delivered on time directly affects the investment benefit of the owners and decrease on cost of constrcustion enterprises,so the control of construction progress is of great importance.The importance of preparation of construction management was analyesd and reasonable plans of construction progress was proposed. |
