| 摘 要： | 研究了IP网络视频会议系统中视频子系统设计中的采样信号前处理、视频编解码与数据包传输等问题.介绍了每个问题产生的背景,并对提出的算法原理和算法步骤进行了详细描述.针对传输丢包现象和视频多点处理器的运算能力限制,对每个问题在解决方法上都有所改进或创新.研究成果应用到实际的SIP视频会议系统中,显著地提高了系统的视频性能技术指标.

| Abstract: | Several problems of video encoding and decoding subsystem design in IP network video conference system,such as sampling signal preprocessing,video coding and decoding,packet transmission,are presented.For such problems,after introducing their background,their solutions are found;and algorithm steps are described in detail.In terms of packet loss during transmission and calculation capacity limit to MPU,some technical renovations are discussed also.These results are incorporated into a real-life SIP system,which achieves outstanding video performance improvement. |
