摘    要:介绍了低频振动波形数据记录器的电路基本结构和工作程序 ,重点叙述了PCMCIA存储卡结构 ,指出采用PCMCIA存储卡后 ,可省去将数据传输至微机的时间 ,大大提高工作效率 ,并且为今后扩大记录器的数据存储容量提供途径 .PCMCIA存储卡采用 8片NV SRAMDCM851 2B ,4兆字节 .记录器适用于工作频带为 0~ 90Hz的低频振动测量 ,可供多达 1 2 8次记录 ,每次记录至少 1min (即 1页 ) ,总记录时间超过 2h.

Abstract:The paper introduces the basic circuit configuration and working program of the data recorder for low frequency vibration waveform, describes especially the PCMCIA memory card, points out that by using PCMCIA memory card, the transmission time for data transmitted to microcomputer may be saved, and the working efficiency is extremely raised. This provides a route to extend the data memory capacity hereafter. The PCMCIA memory card containing 8 chips of NV SRAM DCM8512B has 4 megabytes. The recorder with working frequency 0~90Hz is available for low frequency vibration measurements, it can record up to 128 times, for each time it records 1 min at least(i.e. one page)with total recording time more than 2 hours.
