| 摘 要： | 分析了城市规划传统报批工作的不足和电子报批的特点,继而阐述了基于ObjectArx的城市规划建筑方案审查电子报批系统的设计与实现.将属性数据存贮于实体的扩展纪录中,以实现空间数据和属性数据的一体化,并在此基础上实现了诸如多义线转换 属性输入等编辑功能和用地平衡表 技术经济指标表等指标计算功能. |

| Abstract: | After analysed the shortages of traditional government and the characteristics of E-government,this paper expounds the design and realization of E-government system which is based on ObjectArx for architecture project in urban planning.This system saves the property data in the extend records of the entities.And it realizes some editting functions such as polyline converting and property inputting, some computing functions for the balance between cultivated land and technical-economic indices and so on. |
