工程项目的风险管理系统

根据国内外工程项目风险管理系统的相关研究成果,针对工程风险管理系统的内涵,概括了工程风险管理对象的结构,阐述了全寿命期集成化管理理论及其概念模型,结合全寿命集成化风险管理的思想,得出了工程项目集成风险管理系统的程序结构、运用全寿命集成风险管理的理论,构建了工程项目风险管理的3层分布式体系结构.最后,基于Web技术,提出了工程项目风险管理系统的网络结构,实现了项目参与各方的信息交流.

Risk management system of construction projects

Based on the research achievements about construction project risk management system at home and abroad,the framework of project risk management is summarized in terms of its definition;the life cycle integrated management concept and the life cycle integrated risk model are described;the procedure of project risk management system is elicited by using the theory of the life cycle integrated risk management system;and the distributed framework of project risk management is established.Finally,design of the elementary frame which is based on Web,the communication and the network structure of MIS are proposed.
