| 摘 要： | 通过研究河流健康的影响因素与基本要求,寻求维持河道行洪功能与生态环境恢复的契合点,指出河流修复应该是在新环境条件下逐步恢复河流的各种功能,同时提出处理好河流综合治理中的几个主要制约关系.重点对北方毗邻城市河流滩地防风固沙、改善生态环境的综合治理模式进行研究.选择典型河段进行分析,提出了既解决河道治理与生态恢复又解决临河城市发展建设,使城市可持续发展与河流健康形成和谐互促关系的治理原则.通过实施防洪与生态总体工程和非汛期湖景区工程,提出了河道整治、生态恢复、景观营造的一体化的综合治理模式,可以最大限度实现资源、景观、环境、生态与效益的结合. |
