中小水电站两级微机实时监控系统的软件研究

摘    要:本文介绍一种适用于中小型水电站的两级微机实时监控系统。该系统具有巡测、巡检、调节、控制、事故顺序记录、继电保护的后备保护等功能。系统硬件采用上下位两级微机结构,上位机为IBM286微机系统,下位机为工控机,上下位机之间采用双向并行中断方式通讯。系统软件采用模块化程序设计方法。各模块由管理系统(实时操作系统)实时调度。系统成功地采用模糊控制方法进行电站有功无功调节。

Abstract:A design of two-level microcomputer real-time supervisory system for medium and small hydropower stations is introduced. It can perform the functions of data acquisition and processing, regulating, controlling, event seguence record, and reserve relay protecting. A two-level microcomputer construction is used on the hardwere. The upper position microcomputer is IBM 286 and the lower one is an industry control computer. The two-way parallel interrupt communication is used between microcomputers. The modular programming is used on the software. The module is dispatched by the management system (real-time operation system). The fuzzy control toothed is successfully adopted for the supervisory system to conduct the regulation of active power and wattless power
