| 摘 要： | 提出了用于水利工程开发方案决策的项目综合评价方法———多目标决策灰色关联投影法,介绍了该方法的基本原理,建立了综合考虑项目的多种因素的水利工程开发方案选择的多目标决策灰色关联投影模型,并用实例加以说明,所得结果与自适应共振神经网络法的评价结果基本相同,说明该方法用于水利工程开发方案的选择是有效的. |

Application of multi-criteria decision grey relation projection method to hydro-engineering development plan decision-making |

| Abstract: | A method for synthetically evaluation of optimal choice of hydro\|engineering development plan decision\|making is presented. Multi\|criteria decision grey relation projection method is applied and its basic theory is introduced. Meanwhile, some factors are taken into account. It is explained by an example, the result is similar to that of the ART (adaptive resonance theory) neural network method, so this method is available to decide hydro\|engineering development plan. |
