摘    要:针对三峡和清江梯级水库群防洪补偿联合调度问题,建立了梯级单独和水库群联合防洪优化调度2种数学模型,运用改进的逐次渐进优化算法,引入动态惩罚函数处理约束条件,遵循"优化-验证-调整"的算法流程迭代求解.选取1954、1981、1982和1998年为典型年.结果表明:若选择最不利的1982年为典型年,荆江河段的防洪标准至少可分别提高到118年和136年一遇设计洪水;取4个典型年的调度结果平均值,则其可抵御的最大重现期设计洪水分别达到150、168 a.
