摘    要:以淮河流域中游焦岗湖洼地为研究对象,提出了一种新的洪涝灾害划分原则与涝渍灾害损失的定量划分方法,该方法以农田排水径流模拟模型和作物水分胁迫生产函数模型为基础,实例研究表明了该划分原则与划分方法的合理性与有效性.

Abstract:For partitioning losses of flood and waterlogging disasters,taking the Jiaoganghu watershed in Anhui province for a case study,a new partitioning framework has been developed based on rainfall-runoff modeling and crop water production function under circumstance of subsurface drainage and waterlogging.Experimental and numerical studies of the Jiaoganghu watershed show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed partitioning method.
