碳钢蒸汽管道石墨化的密度法诊断

摘    要:采用密度法,对3个火电厂的主蒸汽管道石墨化程度不同的部位进行了密度测试,试验结果发现,石墨化程度越严重,密度越小.试验得出了石墨化2级时,相对密度△ρ/ρ'大于0.1%小于0.2%;3级时,△ρ/ρ'大于0.2%小于0.3%,4级时,△ρ/ρ'大于0.3%,在△ρ/ρ'大于>0.3%时,必须换管.

Abstract:A simple and easy density method for graphitization diagnosis of carbon steelsteam pipeline is developed. With this method, the graphitization diagnosis of carbon steelsteam pipeline in three power plants is carried out. The results obtained demonstrate that thegreater is the degree of graphitization, the smaller is the density of carbon steel steampipeline. It is known from the test that when the graphitizations reach grade 2, grade 3.andgrade 4 respectively, the relative densities △ρ/ρ' are obtained respectively. The old carbonsteel steam pipeline must be replaced when the relative density △ρ/ρ' is greater than 0. 3%.
