质量故障处理系统中模糊相似检索研究

摘    要:在质量故障处理过程中,为了继承以往的故障处理经验及专家知识,使质量故障的处理快速、准确,提出了一种基于CBR的质量故障处理系统的检索模型.针对质量故障信息的模糊特性,检索模型中故障处理事例采用模糊集表示,并利用模糊贴近度完成相似事例的检索.在检索过程中为了体现用户意图,文中引入相关反馈技术,并自动调整典型事例库中事例的特征权重,以提高检索结果的准确性.检索模型中描述的事例表示和模糊检索具有很好的实用价值.

Abstract:A retrieval model of quality fault processing system based on case-based reasoning(CBR) is given which makes it possible that experiences and expert knowledge can be inherited,and improves the quality fault to be processed more exactly and quickly.Considering the fuzzy character of quality information,fuzzy representation for fault processing case is implemented by the method of(CBR);and the search for analogical processing case is achieved through fuzzy similarity.To capture user's input intensions,a relevant feedback method is introduced into case retrieval which can adjust the feature-weights of typic cases,which can improve retrieval accuracy.There is good applied value for the method of case representation and research described.
