摘    要:以联苯胺黄P.Y.12改良为出发点,通过改变偶合方式、添加表面活性剂以及粒径处理等3种典型的处理方式对联苯胺黄P.Y.12进行处理,制备出一系列不同的联苯胺黄P.Y.12的改性产品剂型.对处理后的联苯胺黄P.Y.12进行应用性能表征,从中选择最优条件,制备出可以应用于水性印刷体系的联苯胺黄P.Y.12产品.

Abstract:Benzidine yellow (P. Y. 12) was improved by three typical treatment methods of the changing coupling mode, adding the surface active agent and particle size processing. A series of different modified P. Y. 12 were prepared. And the performance of these modified P. Y. 12 were investigated. The optimal preparation conditions of modified P. Y. 12 were obtained. The modified P. Y. 12 products can he used in water-based printing system.
