电子支付方式选择影响因素分析及满意度评价

根据我国网上支付用户对各种电子支付方式的使用情况，总结出了用户选择电子支付方式的特点．通过问卷调查和专家访问得到了影响电子支付方式选择的6个方面的因素，并用层次分析法对这些因素进行了分析，得出了支付方式的安全性是影响网购用户选择电子支付方式首要因素的结论．最后，运用模糊综合评价对常见的4种电子支付方式的用户满意度进行了综合评价．

Analysis of factors affecting electronic payment options and evaluation of satisfaction of the payment methods

According to the usage of various electronic payment methods in China,this paper summarizes the characteristics of electronic payment options firstly,and then through conducting a survey and visiting experts the six factors affecting the electronic payment options are obtained.And further the empirical analysis of these factors by AHP is made,resulting in that the security of payment method is the primary factor considered by online consumers when they chose electronic payment.Finally,the user satisfaction of the four common electronic payment method are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
