智能变电站技术体系探讨

摘    要:介绍了现阶段常规变电站、数字化变电站所存在的问题.依据智能电网的发展需要,论述了当今技术条件下智能变电站建设的可行性和技术特点.基于IEC 61850通信框架,提出了智能变电站的网络结构、继电保护、测控装置、故障录波装置、一体化五防等核心技术问题的实现方案.对智能变电站建设中出现的新问题进行了探讨.
