摘    要:介绍了区域供冷与分布式冷热电联供系统的特点和优势,分析了区域供冷对电网的调峰功能,阐述了区域供冷与分布式冷热电联供系统相结合的优越性.指出为提高能源利用效率、实现天然气大规模高效利用以及适应城市化高潮的要求,在我国应该大力发展区域供冷与分布式冷热电联供系统.

Abstract:Introduces the characteristics and advantages of District Cooling System(DCS),Distributed Combined Cooling,Heating and Power System(DCCHPS),analyzes the function of district cooling to regulate the peak load of power grid,and states the advantages to combine the DCS with DCCHPS.Points out that in order to increase the energy utilization efficiency,realize large-scale and high-efficiency utilization of natural gas,meet the requirement of urbanization,our country ought to develop district cooling system and distributed combined cooling,heating and power system.
