摘    要:基于对以太网存在的多种延时特性的分析,设计了一种应用于工业现场、可实时数据传输的以太网模型系统.在构建网络时,通过合理划分网段,构建分层的以太网模型,均衡工业现场嵌入式设备的数据吞吐量;在嵌入式软件方面,简化了TCP/IP协议栈,设计了适合于工业现场的应用层协议,大大提高了以太网的实时性,满足了工业以太网高实时性的数据...

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the characteristic of Ethernet,a high real-time industrial Ethernet model was developed. The data transport was balanced by constructing a hierarchical model and the real-time property was enhanced by simplifying the TCP/IP protocol when designing the embedded software.As a result,the demand of high real-time property in the industrial Ethernet model was satisfied.The final model was successfully applied to a semi-conduction company in Suzliou industry area.
